This is only the tip of the iceberg. It almost seems like a fraudulent sheme, where you are triggered into a subscription that cannot be cancelled. 3 days ago · The GDL has announced that train drivers across Germany will begin a four-day strike starting at 6pm on Tuesday, January 9. Freight train drivers will be the first to join the strike, followed by passenger train drivers at 2am on Wednesday, after which long-distance trains and S-Bahn trains will be severely delayed or cancelled across the country.
Worst transport service ever! DB in Germany is the worst transport service you'll find in quality/price terms. Train tickets are not cheap, on the contrary. Trains are always late, and always have an excuse. If you're train is cancelled they do not provide the customer with alternatives, you must find them on your own.
I would like to ask if anyone ever had to change/refund DB train tickets for the Sparpries ones, it states in the DB-App that under ticket cancellation rules you can't change or get a refund for the ticket. I've had a sudden change to my plans and I need to change my return ticket.
